It is a process of making metal material、composite material and all kinds of finished products after pressing and sintering
with the metal powder (or the composite of metal powder and non metal powder)as raw material.
1.Less cutting or non-cutting,low cost.
2. Porosity controlling.
3. Avoid segregation,even structure,stable performance.
4.For normal process,the maximum pressing density is 6.4~7.1g/cm3,warm-pressing process up to 7.4 g/cm3.
5.In normal condition,the hardness for heat treament is HRC25~38.
6. Mechanical strength、wear resistant performance、stamping performance will be a bit different as the different material ingredient,but bit lower than the steel parts.
7. Materials include:Fe system,copper system,stainless steel system,Fe-C system,Fe-Cu-C system, Fe-Cu-C+alloy system etc.
